This is one of the older MerryBody classes. For higher quality sound and video select a newer class. Seriously, this yoga flow is going to make you feel amazing! We often forget to stretch the side body and if you spend a lot of your time in a forward flexion (sitting/driving etc. oops think we all need this!) you’re going to love this! Feel the delicious stretches start from under your armpit, all the way down your ribs and into the lower back/hip area. This will improve your rib cage mobility, making it easier to breathe and expand our lungs. You will you feel taller, longer and lighter.
