Sleepy Yin Yoga is a practice to prepare you for a great night’s sleep. An opportunity for you to wind down and let go of the day, let go of any worries and, to simply be present with the breath and body. You’ll experience longer hold stretches that not only encourage the body to let go of tension but also the mind to let go of the chitter chatter. After this class you’ll feel grounded and relaxed, ready for a restful deep sleep.
