Snack Size Tree Pose Yoga is all about balance and yes, Tree Pose. This class is a beautiful opportunity to work towards your Tree Pose, or simply spend time practising it with awareness and ease. You'll begin with a calming Tai Chi inspired sequence to ground and centre, before moving into focused balancing work. Balance is so important for our health, especially as we age, it’s a true marker of longevity. Another reason why Yoga is so good for us! Carla was 14 weeks pregnant in this class.
