This is one of the older MerryBody classes. For higher quality sound and video select a newer class. Oh it’s time to test that balance! Find your dristi point (one point of focus) and keep your eye on it! This will help you keep stable. This MerryBody Yoga sequence will (probably) work up a little internal heat (yay this means TRANSFORMATION!) and YES maybe a little sweat! If there’s a stage where you need an extra breather, head into child’s pose and pause the video. Remember, this is YOUR journey and we encourage you to take it at your pace. It’s about accepting exactly where we are at, right now.
