Welcome to this sneak peek full length practice from our MerryBody Yoga Teacher Training. We are so excited for you to experience just a taste of this 16 week program. During this Asana, Pranayama and Meditation class, you will be encouraged to cultivate steady and ease within your practice. This is: Sthira Sukham Asanam. Start your practice with a grounding guided meditation, followed by a close to the Earth Child’s Pose flow. You’ll experience a multitude of postures that seamlessly flow, including Lizard Lunge, Warrior 3, Garland Pose, Goddess Pose and more. An immersive experience to really fill up your cup. With our Teacher Training classes, it’s a good idea to have some props nearby: a bolster (or 2 firm cushions), 2 x blocks (or books), a strap (or towel), and a blanket.
