Svādhyāya Yoga is dedicated to the practice of self study, self reflection and self awareness. Svādhyāya is the fourth Niyama. Niyamas are internal observations, practices to help you understand the way you think and feel about yourself, the world around you and the life you are living. This class guides you inward. A class for you to intentionally self study and reflect to help you become more self aware. Start with Low Lizard Lunge sequences, with inner thigh stretches, mobilisation of your spine and side abdominal work. End the class with hip and hamstring stretches with forward folds for the ultimate opportunity to fall inward and better understand who you are.
