This is Turn It Up Fusion! It’s a total body workout that has been designed to perfectly balance the burn with the bliss and the bliss with the burn. Start with a fire-y Yoga flow that seamlessly moves into an even more fire-y lunge and squat Pilates sequence. Finish it off with some blissful (much needed) hip stretches and grab those 0.5 kilo (as an option) hand weights for the encore… a short burst arm workout you’re going to love!
