Welcome to Union Yin Yoga, where you will harmonise the body, breath and heart. Not only will you feel the magic of long hold poses during this class, you will embrace the essence of Yoga, which means “to unite” or “to yoke.” This class will guide you through deep nourishing Yin Yoga stretches, including Low Lizard Lunge and Belly Twist. As you settle into each posture, allow yourself to fully connect within, as well as the world around you. P.s Carla was 28 weeks pregnant when we created this class!
