We create strong legs with our Pilates, you’ll squat it out (super low), butt lift it up and kick it out with those side body long legs. PLUS, we welcome in the flexibility with some delicious lizard lunges, yogi squat and testing out our balance in the peak pose: Resting Vishnu!
