This class is all about the energy of YES! Begin with a lovely Yoga flow with ‘yes hands’. You’ll twist the spine, stretch the hamstrings and strengthen the legs. Then, smoothly transition into an invigorating Pilates sequence. Start with wide squats, then narrow squats, incorporating arm movements for a full-body workout. For an added challenge, include optional hand weights for Pilates (we use 0.5 kilo). Get ready to feel energised and uplifted with Yes Please Fusion!
