- During the ab work on your back, be sure that you are not flaring your ribs. Keep a rib to hip connection and your belly drawing in and up. If you need, make the move smaller to keep the integrity of the movement.

- MerryBody classes are not designed to suit the needs of pregnant or breastfeeding women. Please seek approval from your doctor before commencing any of our classes. You remain solely responsible for your safety and wellbeing when using our classes. If you do commence this class please ensure you make the following modifications:
- This class has some ab work on the back, you should skip this work, and simply move to the other side.
- Also, do not twist out the body, instead, you can bend both knees and simply windscreen wiper the knees side to side.
