ALIGNMENT NOTES +
- During the roll down, really try to move slowly and mindfully, stretching the back of the body.
- During the bend extend lunge, focus on keeping your hips square, front hip back, back hip draws forward.

- This class is great for you, keep in mind during the roll down you may like to take your legs wider.
- Skip the twists during low and high lunge, simply hold the stretch.
