ALIGNMENT NOTES +
- During Bear Crouch, feel your core lock in by drawing ribs to hips. It’s better to make the move small and controlled.
- During Down dog, you will want to use momentum (because it’s pretty tough!) however, focus on the controlled lighting and lowering of the leg.
