- During this class we bounce (yay) but this time, it’s an upright bounce, the booty doesn’t go back.
- During all leg lifts, ensure you bring your ribs toward your hips and the lift comes from your booty. Be mindful of any lower back flexion, if you feel this happening, make the move smaller and more controlled.
