ALIGNMENT NOTES +
- During Upward Facing Dog, squeeze your booty and keep the knees and thighs off the Earth, this will keep tension out of the lower spine.
- During the Down Dog Pilates sequence, hip your hips square. Feel the back of the leg and the booty work.
