Day 11 Show Up Pilates Class

Welcome to Show Up Pilates! This is our only request: press play, show up and simply do your best! You will LOVE this standing Pilates class (grab a chair to help you keep balance if you need), there’s also an option to add some 0.5 kg hand weights. Start with a booty burning, arm working warm up, move through to dynamic pliés in both second and first position and finish it all off with some curtsies. This class will most definitely get you sparkling and feeling inspired to show up and do your best in all elements of your life.
