Mood Lifter Fusion is the ultimate class to take you from blah… to ahhh. A creative combination of tai chi inspired movement, Pilates, and Yoga. This class is designed to help you let go of any thoughts no longer serving you by bringing you into the present moment with slow, mindful postures as well as strength building movement. In the first 5 minutes you will feel your stress and anxiety melt away as you find yourself here, in the moment, with your breath and in your body. Option: grab some 0.5 kilo hand weights!
- Enjoy the Tai Chi inspired movement, really focus on your breath and how your body feels.
- During the Pilates arm work, it’s quite fast, ensure you really control the movement by adding resistance.
