- For Pilates, remember, you don’t need to use hand weights, the workout comes from the precision and control of your arm movements.
- For Yoga, this is a beautiful flow that focuses on keeping the breath steady. Try to breathe and then move, as if the breath was moving you.

- This class is perfect for you and bubba! The only modification you should take, is in wide legged down dog, simply hold through the centre rather than twisting.
