Joy-Full Fusion is designed to fill you up with JOY. Packed with movements that make you smile from the inside out. Start with a Pilates sequence to test your balance and build your strength, you’ll tap, curtsy and bounce, bounce, bounce. There’s an option to add some 0.5 kilo weights too! Seamlessly move into a beautiful, balancing Yoga flow, experience Tree Pose, Warrior 2, Lunge and Eagle Pose to open up the shoulders and hips, while also building strength.
