Whether you are short on time or want to give your arms some extra love, Arm Pulse Pilates is a quick and oh so effective class. In just 10 minutes you will feel it! Feel your heart pump with speedy receptive exercises, be sure to control your movement, engage the care and be present. There’s an option to grab your hand weights (0.5 or 1 kg) or no weights.

- When you move your arms, make each movement intentional. This means, although you’re holding no or small weights, keep the movement controlled.
