ALIGNMENT NOTES +
- During plank, focus on drawing your ribs toward your hips and your belly button in and up.
- Your wrists are directly under your shoulders and your feet are hip distance.
- Make one straight line from head to heels (no booty in the air and no sinking of the hips).
- Keep your shoulders away from the ears, press the hands into the Earth and the heels back in space.
