ALIGNMENT NOTES +
- During all lower ab movements, keep your ribs drawing down toward your hips, your belly drawing in and up, with a neutral spine. Feel your tailbone drop down toward the Earth to create that natural curve.
- For booty lifts, try not to flare your ribs but to keep the abs switched on and your ribs dropping down.
