ALIGNMENT NOTES +
- When we move forward to Plank position shoulders are directly above the hands. When we add the leg movement, the aim is to bring the knee to the tricep, but it’s all about the intention. It doesn’t matter if you actually get there or not!
- With Boat Pose (Navasana) focus on squeezing the inner thighs together, this will switch on the lower abdominals. Keep your heart open by drawing the shoulder blades together. Belly button in toward the back bone! You got this!
