ALIGNMENT NOTES +
- During wide squat, focus on pressing the weight into the little toe edge side of your feet and your knees outward to really switch on the booty.
- During arm movements, notice if you are taking any tension into the neck, try and relax and neck and keep the shoulders down away from the ears.
