It’s not about meditating into complete silence. Today is about learning to be the observer of your thoughts.

When you begin to observe your thoughts, you realise there are your thoughts and there is YOU, the observer of the thoughts. This ‘self’ is your truth. This is your higher consciousness.

You are not your thoughts. You are the one observing your thoughts.

As you begin to learn to observe your thoughts, you begin to slow down the mind. You find yourself having more moments where you are here in the now, fully present with every breath.
