- During Lazy Up Dog try to keep your wrists under your shoulders and your shoulders broad and down away from the ears. Although ‘lazy’ is in the title, the booty is squeezed, the arms are strong.
- During the Pilates Floor Back Sequence it’s important you keep your rib to hip connection and your abdominals drawing in and up (even though you are on your belly).
