ALIGNMENT NOTES +
- During the Pilates sequence focus on the control of movement. Higher doesn’t = better. Focus on keep the body stable and movement strong.
- The back bends during Yoga are tough and bring a lot of energy to the surface. Focus on pressing your heart through your shoulders and squeezing your booty. Again, it’s not about height but a focus on opening up the chest and creating space in the back bend rather than dumping into the lower spine.
