Hip Swinging Barre is the ultimate way to work your legs, booty, sides and abs (especially those lower abs!). It’s a super fun class that will create strength, rhythm and of course a whole lotta burn! Get ready to swing, swing, swing.
ALIGNMENT NOTES +
- During this class, rather than squatting and sticking the booty out, it’s more about staying upright. The knees bend, but the chest stays upright and booty goes down and up.
- During hip swings and pelvis tucks, try not to bounce.
