ALIGNMENT NOTES +
- Rather than focussing on reaching or grasping for the stretch, simply focus on feeling.
- During all Low Lunges, check in that your front knee is directly above your ankle and the knee tracks the toes (that is, it doesn’t splay in or out).
BABY ON BOARD? +
- Once you’ve been given the go ahead from your medical practitioner to exercise, here are the modifications to keep in mind when pregnant. If anything ever feels too much or uncomfortable, please stop your MerryBody class.
- This class is perfect for you and bubba! The only modification is to swap the end twist, to simply lying on the Earth, feet mat distance and allow the knees to windscreen side to side.
