- During this class there are 2 really important things to keep in mind, of course, with all MerryBody Pilates rib to hip connection and core engagement is important here. So draw the ribs down toward the hips and the belly button in and up.
- Next, is to ensure your movement is up and down (imagine you are sliding down a wall), rather than sticking your booty back like you would in a regular squat.
- Keep the moves controlled, when you find yourself lose integrity, pull it back.
