ALIGNMENT NOTES +
- Try to breathe in through your nose and a forceful breath out through the mouth, making a ‘shhh’ noise to help engage the core.
- During this class you can use a chair or table to keep your balance.
- Really bring awareness to the level of control you have during the class, if you feel yourself lose integrity, make the move smaller.
- Keep your abs engaged during the entire class, really feel your ribs draw back toward the spine and down toward the hips.

- Once you’ve been given the go ahead from your medical practitioner to exercise, here are the modifications to keep in mind when pregnant. If anything ever feels too much or uncomfortable, please stop your MerryBody class.
