- During this class, be sure to keep a micro bend in your standing leg, this will help you balance and switch on your booty.
- Focus more on length and control, rather than the height of the leg.

You remain solely responsible for your safety and wellbeing when using our classes. If you do commence this class please ensure you make the following modifications:
- This class isn’t so great for you as we spend a lot of time with the head below the hips, however, grab a chair and do all of the same movements, staying upright instead. You won’t take the leg as high but you’ll still work the same muscles.
