ALIGNMENT NOTES +
- With all Pilates classes ensure you keep that rib to hip connection and the belly drawing in and up.
- When you move to your back, you can even place your hands on your bottom ribs to ensure they aren’t flaring, keep dropping them down to the hips.
- This class is about control and precision of movement, so welcome that focus and intention into your practice.
