All you need is a mobile or tablet along with an internet connection! All classes and meditations can either be streamed using high quality hosts to ensure the integrity of MerryBody videos and recordings are maintained OR natively downloaded onto your MerryBody App. Yes! This means you can pre-download classes for when you have bad or no internet connection

We know exercise can feel like a struggle. We get it. It’s hard to get motivated when you have a million tabs open in your brain, you might have kids to feed, emails to send, errands to tick off, a biz to run, bosses to keep happy, social engagements to get to and then maybe it’s just winter!
Ahhh it’s exhausting. And it’s easy to skip today’s workout, and then tomorrow’s and then tomorrow’s. Soon enough, your motivation is completely MIA and that goal? Even further from reach.
We have a few tips. But first, get inside the MerryBody Facebook group and let the whole community know you are struggling with motivation. No doubt, you’ll have 5 inspiring replies plus you’ll also help others who are feeling exactly the same! you are not alone in this struggle.
Next tip! Pop on a 10-minute class, we even have classes less than 10 minutes. Simply do a few minutes of movement. See how it shifts your mood and general feeling. Then just do that every day. Yes, 10 minutes of daily movement can be enough.
Last tip (for the FAQs anyway). find your WHY. List your top 3 values and now link exercise and health to each and every one. Eg. your family/relationships could be a value.
When you exercise you’ll release more happy endorphins, you’ll bring better moods to your household and relationships. OR, exercise will help you become more energised so you can keep up the kids.

If you purchased MerryBody via your App Store your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renew from your Account Settings. You must turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of your current period to avoid being charged.
Otherwise, to cancel or pause, you simply need to fill out this form OR select CONTACT SUPPORT from your profile page 24 hours prior to your next billing date. Cancelling your membership prevents your payment method from being charged in any future payment. For example, if you cancel anytime in January, you will not be charged in February. You’ll continue to be able to access and benefit from MerryBody Studio until the last day of your current month.
If you purchased through the App, update your payment details within your App Store profile
Check your internet connection is stable (if using wi-fi turn off wi-fi and check using data only).
Ensure you have the most up to date MerryBody App installed.
Update your device software.
Log out, close out completely and log back into the MerryBody App.

Carla is a qualified Yoga Teacher and Yoga Teacher trainer, she is an E-RYT 500 hour teacher, and Yin Yoga Training, as well as multiple Meditation trainings. Emma is a qualified Pilates Mat and Barre instructor. Both completed training at Essence of Living Academy with world-renowned trainer, Michelle Cassidy. Carla has continued her Yoga training with Creature Yoga Byron Bay, Ritual Yoga and Pilates Palm Beach, and Arhanta Yoga India. They also train up and coming Yoga Teachers with the School Of MerryBody, which is a Yoga Alliance certified school.
We recommend aiming for 2-5 MerryBody classes each week. Of course, if your body feels great go ahead and schedule in some more sessions! The weekly plan we create is balanced and works the entire body in a safe and effective way.

After a high-intensity Pilates booty burn… you’ll find it inside the MerryBody App. Maybe you’re after both? Then you’ll love the fusion classes! Each week a new class is released, keeping you motivated and consistent with your practice. Yes! You’ll actually enJOY moving your body!
