Get ready for a total body workout with Move Your Body Pilates! Welcome in those dancing thighs (we know you love them), planking goodness, c-curve burn and booty lift fun. This is a dynamic class that will build and balance strength and tone in your body. 16 minutes of fun, let’s get on the mat!
- For dancing thighs, really try to keep your chest up right.
- If you decide to dip the hips in plank, start by keeping the move small, and focus on keeping your belly engaged… ribs to hips!
