- When moving into the Yoga rainbow side stretch, ensure you don’t dump into your shoulder, really press your grounded hand down.
- During the Pilates sequence, focus on keeping your body and hips stable, rather than lifting your legs higher. Do this by holding your abs in and drawing your ribs toward your hips.
