- During the back work on the belly, rather than focussing on height, focus on the lengthening of whatever body part you are moving and then lifting.
BABY ON BOARD? +
- Once you’ve been given the go ahead from your medical practitioner to exercise, here are the modifications to keep in mind when pregnant. If anything ever feels too much or uncomfortable, please stop your MerryBody class.
- You can do this class up until 10 minutes 30 (when we move to the belly). After that, please swap to another class, like Rise Queen Pilates.
- And of course, always feel free to pause the class and take a moment whenever you need.
