- For Yoga, this is a beautiful flow that focuses on keeping the breath steady. Try to breathe and then move, as if the breath was moving you.

- Once you’ve been given the go ahead from your medical practitioner to exercise, here are the modifications to keep in mind when pregnant. If anything ever feels too much or uncomfortable, please stop your MerryBody class.
- This class is perfect for you and bubba! The only modification you should take, is in wide legged down dog, simply hold through the centre rather than twisting.
