Day 8 Keep Calm Class

Be The Light Fusion here we go! What do you call a mix between Pilates and Yin? Yin-lates or Pilate-yin? Perhaps we call it the ultimate Burn-Bliss session… ever! We stay low to the Earth (which is always nice), start with thunderbolt Pilates which works the outside of the thigh and side booty, stretch it out straight after with the most delicious Yin-style twist. Moving through to crunches, creating burn in the mid-section, then yin it out with the best booty stretch ever… 32 minutes of Burn-Bliss.
